 The Shine Package £75

In this package you are sent a questionnaire to fill so I understand in depth your babies current routine and sleep issue. I use this questionnaire to create a personalised sleep programme for you and your baby to follow. The programme includes

⭐ A routine pack for your baby to follow up till 24 months of age. This includes timings for nap, sleeps and feeds. 

⭐ A sleep diagnosis. Where I provide you with a sleep training method to use, that has simple clear instructions on how to implement it and what to do if something doesn't work.

⭐ An information pack on how to achieve the best routine and sleep environment for you little one.

This a detailed personalised sleep programme and not one to be missed. Once you completed the questionnaire and send it back you will get your shine programme within 24 hours!

The Glow Package £150

In this package you will receive a more in-depth approach from a certified sleep consultant who will work with you and your baby. This package suits families who are at the beginning of sleep training, are unsure where to start or families who are facing sleeping issues such as a baby not wishing to be put down and only sleeping in parents arms. The package includes;

⭐ Personalised questionnare for you to fill out telling us about your current routine and lifestyle.

⭐ 1 hour zoom phone call with a certified sleep consultant. 

⭐ A personalised sleep guide for you and your baby post the zoom call. 

⭐ 2 weeks worth of text/calls after the hour consultantion during opening times. 

When you do make an appointment or request a discovery call the consultant diary will be shared and you can book one directly with them. Please note their availability is within our opening times. 

The Star Package £250

This package provides you will all the support of the Shine and Glow package but with an added dedicated prolonged follow up support period. Some babies will take to sleep programmes faster than others. Therefore some families may find they require further support. This package offers you more comfort in knowing a certified sleep consultant is working with you for a longer period of time. 

The package includes;

⭐ A questionnaire for you to fill out about your babys routine and your lifestyle.

⭐ 1 hour zoom chat with a certified sleep consultant.

⭐ A personalised sleep guide for you and your baby to follow provided after the zoom phone call.

⭐ 2 follow up phones calls of 30 minutes completed within 2 weeks of the zoom phone call.

⭐ 2 weeks worth of WhatsApp messages with a certified sleep consultant between the hours of 9am - 6pm every day.

Extras - £80

If you have been a client of BF Sleep Consultant in the last year you can always request a follow up or further support/guidance. Sometimes little bumps along the road happen whether there are changes in the family home or a virus that re muddles your babies sleep. We are here to offer on going support even once the package you picked has ended. Therefore further support and guidance is on offer. This includes;

• 45 minute zoom call with a certified sleep consultant to discuss any concerns/issues.
• Follow up email post call regarding all points discussed.
