BF Sleep Consultant provides sleep solutions for babies aged four months to five years old. By engaging in our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our service agreement. These are;

In respect to any programme provided by BF Sleep Consultant to the client, the client agrees that it shall not provide the programme to any third party who is not a client. 

Advice given by BF Sleep Consultant is intended as advice only and not to be substitute for medical advice. 

BF Sleep Consultant does not accept responsibility or liability for methods that are unsuccessful. All methods used are led by current evidence on the study of sleep in babies / children. If in the rare case the client sees no improvement after using our services we do not offer a refund.

BF Sleep Consultant has a zero policy to any form of abuse or harassment provided by the client and receives the right to cancel all appointments with said client if this occurs with no refund.

Terms and conditions can vary and change so please review upon purchase or before purchase. 

Payment for our services is required upfront. We offer competitive prices for our packages, including the Shine Package, Glow Package, and Lumi Co-Sleeping Package.

The payment is made in full by the client upon booking. 

Cancellation made 48 hours prior to appointment will be fully refunded. Under 48 hours will not be refunded but we will do our best to change your appointment time to suit you. 

In unusual circumstances we may have to cancel the appointment ourselves. This can occur at any time. If this does occur a alternative appointment will be agreed with the client or a full refund given. 

In some packages we offer WhatsApp support. This can be via normal messaging if preferred. Messages are replied to ASAP and within 24 hours of messages being sent. Normally we responded sooner but please be aware condition of 24 hours for a reply.
